System Maintenance

After you select a system, you can edit the fields System name, Description, Destination (RFC) and Timeout [s] (timeout time). The correct setup of the timeout time is important in case there is a slow connection between systems. If the response time is exceeded, the system is displayed as offline or inaccessible. You can change values directly in the system table list or open a detail window by double-clicking the system.

Server List

This area displays the list of servers for a selected system. You can specify which servers are monitored here. You can also define the full network address to the server if it is not located on the same subnetwork.

System Parameters

This area displays system parameters that are used for the selected system. You can add new system parameters or adjust existing ones.

System Status KPI

This area contains one KPI whose status you want to watch directly on the Fiori dashboard.

Server Types 

This area displays the server type for a selected system. CrystalBridge® Monitoring supports the following server types:

• SAPOSCOL web service

• SAPOSCOL via RFC

• Oracle node

• SAP business object node

• SAP HANA node

• Hadoop node

• SAP application server

• SAP primary database server
