The Business Communication Services (BCS) offer functions for SAP applications to send and receive e-mails, faxes or SMS messages. BCS offer an ABAP programming interface connected to SAPconnect, allowing for exchanging messages with e-mail servers via SMTP.
This task deletes documents with send requests or documents that are not part of a send request if they are no longer in use and in accordance with the settings under Reorganization Mode.
We recommend executing this task when the related tables are increasing in size over time and data is no longer required.
