Data Temperature Analysis (NLS Scoper) – Time Range

Fields in the NLS Scoper are collected for the following time periods by default: 

• IP usage: (current day – 90 days) + (time of the analysis run)

  • For this variable, 90 days are collected historically only if such a time range is available in an extended statistic.

  • Example: If you enable the extended statistics and execute the HMBW_1DAY collector on the same day, no history will be available in the extended statistics tables, and therefore no data to calculate historically.

• IP size: Time of the analysis run.

• DTP source / destination count: (current day – 90 days) + (time of the analysis run)

• Straggler analysis: (current day – 90 days) + (time of the analysis run)

You can change periods for the usage calculation and straggler analysis calculation in the input table /DVD/HS_IT_DU1 in the field INIT_ANL_DAYS. The setting applies to both. If the value is empty, 90 days is set by default.
