Fiori Prerequisites
Information for AppDynamics users only
The Fiori application is not part of the installation package for the AppDynamics ABAP agent because the controller provided by AppDynamics is the main front end that is used by the ABAP agent to display the collected data.
We do not recommend installing the Fiori application separately because it will be decommissioned soon.

SAP Fiori App: Supported Browsers and OS
For more information about the Fiori installation requirements, see the SAP documentation.
Users working with the Fiori front end of CrystalBridge® Monitoring must have the default language set to English in order to display all description texts correctly.
Because SAPUI5 is based on CSS3, HTML5 and the ECMAScript 5 (ES5) JavaScript API, only browsers with HTML5 capabilities are supported. In general, the SAPUI5 framework only supports major versions that are also supported by the respective platform.
Depending on the platform your SAPUI5 apps run on, different browsers in different versions are supported. If you know which platform and which browsers are used by your users, you can decide which libraries to use for your app.

Library Exceptions for Touch Devices
Exceptions exist for desktop, tablet and phone devices with touch functions:
-
Not supported for sap.ui.commons and sap.ui.ux3.
-
Not supported for sap.gantt. Note that Gantt charts that use sap.gantt can be displayed on tablet devices.
Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)
-
Provides specific document and enterprise modes for compatibility reasons.
-
SAPUI5 supports the document modes IE11 and IE10 only.
-
For backwards compatibility, IE11 allows you to enable a special enterprise mode that can simulate either IE8 or IE7 within IE11. This function is not supported for SAPUI5 apps. Only use it for critical apps that require an older browser version to run.
For more information, see the official Fiori & SAPUI5 Documentation.
