Some of the decommissioned data can be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Therefore, you might not want to display it in the data browser and the mass download.
You can set any field of any table to be considered as sensitive data, which masks its values in the browser view.
To do so, simply create a record in the table /DVD/RMX_GDPR.
In the HTML browser, the value of USNAM (username) in BKPF will be masked.
If you want to enable certain users to view these values, you must assign them the authorizations for the authorization object /DVD/DF_DP for the specified authorization group.
