A bookmark ID is the identification number (ID) for a saved navigational state of a web application. A view ID is the identification number (ID) for a saved navigational state of a query. These IDs are generated when online links for information broadcasting are created.
This task enables you to reorganize and delete bookmark IDs and view IDs that were created by the system for information broadcasting and that are no longer needed.
To automate the reorganization of bookmarks and view IDs, this task can be scheduled to run periodically in the background.
