The authorization role includes only general authorization objects and no specific authorization objects. This means that some specific authorization objects can be missing and that it can be necessary to create a specific authorization role for a given archiving object in case a role does not work properly.

All single roles must be combined with the universal role /DVD/EM_AO_UNIVERSAL. This is the only way to ensure a successful archiving process. Otherwise, missing authorizations can block the archiving process.
