Retention management enables a content repository to delete stored documents when their retention time is over. The function itself is provided by the default implementation and integration with the product SNP Outboard™ Datafridge. There are a few steps that you must complete before you can start using retention management.
NOTE Retention management can be currently used only for archive files created and stored using transaction SARA.
