The By Category component classifies simplification items according to how critical they are.
The key and the circular areas of the diagram are also used for selection. Click one or more items in the key or the areas to show or hide the respective objects. You can restrict the view as needed. All diagrams are filter-dependent. Filters you set are also displayed in the Simplification Item List table.
The result of the system scan shows for which objects a simplification item exists, for which objects a solution may be available in the foreseeable future, and for which objects no solution will be available. It tells you where you need to make adjustments so that the system will continue to function as usual after an S/4 update.
According to the system scan, function module X is in use. It is classified in the category Functionality unavailable (no equivalent). There is currently no equivalent that is responsible for this function module, and SAP has not yet scheduled one.
