Under Analysis > Application > Number Ranges you can find statistics on the number ranges assigned to various number sequence fields for use as document numbers/identifiers.
The chart splits the corresponding number range into minimum and maximum values and shows the numbers used within the number range. The usage statistics provide insight into which number ranges are at capacity or rarely used. Each tab shows the current setup and usage of number range objects that have been set up for a specific combination of table and field. The following number range types provide a brief overview of the usage of the selected number range.
Range Type

Assigned Number Ranges: shows the percentages for the values Assigned and Not Assigned in the selected tab.

Unused Number Ranges: shows the total number of unused number ranges in percent in relation to the total number of assigned number areas.

Degree of Usage: shows the average usage of all number range objects in percent.

External only: information on the usage of external number ranges is not available. The key figure only indicates which external areas are set up in the system. Click External to display them.
Sub Object
This function allows you to filter the chart according to a specific company or controlling area.
