Uploading Analysis Data (Obsolete)
Proceed as follows to upload analysis data:
- In the Navigation area, click Cockpits > Analysis Cockpit.
- Select a project ID.
- Click
Upload data.
NOTE The information No data might be displayed behind the project name. To use the SNP Analysis Cockpit, you must download the results of your analysis in the SNP Cockpit and upload them to the SNP Analysis Cockpit.
- The Import result files window opens.
- Click
Upload.
- Select the ZIP file you want to upload. The ZIP file contains the following files:
- Conflict file: Index.CSV_CWL.csv
- Object file: Index.CSV_O.csv
- Navigation file: Tree.xml
- List of unsupported objects (optional)
- Overview of unsupported objects (optional)
- Click Open.
- In the Data base area, choose whether you want to create a new project or if you want to upload files to the already selected project.
- Select the option Write to existing project.
- In the Needed files area, check if all files have been uploaded successfully.NOTE A tick next to the file name indicates that the task was successful. Note that the conflict file, object file and navigation file are necessary.
- Click Next.
- The following window provides you with further options for uploading files:
- Ignore existing objects: Select this option if files already exist in your project and you do not want to change them during import. If you do not select this option, existing objects will be overwritten and non-existing objects will be added.
- Set deadline automatically: Select this option if you want to automatically set the deadline for editing the conflict to the current date via the SNP Cockpit.
- Click Complete.
- The data has been imported.
NOTE This task may take some time.
- Click Close.
- You can now edit your analysis results in the SNP Analysis Cockpit.
