Interface Analysis

You can use the Interface Analysis component to determine RFC connections, web service calls, database calls, EDI/IDOC connections and other communication points. You can display the relevance of the interfaces by data volume or usage frequency.

In the Interface Scanner area, you can view any database as well as its connections and topology.

If you switch to one of the three applications Overview, Connections or Topology, you are first prompted to select the database you want to analyze. The selected database appears in the upper area and is highlighted in blue. Click Show Database Details to receive more information about the database.

A quick filter is available on the right-hand side of the screen. Click to view and customize all filter options.
