Starting and Performing Imports
After successfully scanning the interfaces with the SolDoc Integrator, you can export the results as an XLS file. Convert the XLS file into a CSV file to perform the import.
Proceed as follows to import the results into the solution documentation:
- Start transaction /N/SNP/SM_IIIMPORT.
- The window SolDoc Integrator opens.
- Enter the scenario name of the scenario you want to import.
- Enter the technical solution name of the solution you want to use.
- Specify the file path to the CSV file.
- Optional: Enable the Delete Mode option to delete an existing interface.
- Optional: Enable the No Interface Move option in order to keep the folder structure in Solution Manager.
HINWEIS
If you enable this option, the previously defined folder structure remains unchanged. Even if a CSV file is imported several times, the interfaces are not moved.
- Click
Execute.
- The import is performed.
- After the import, the Show logs window opens; it provides an overview of the performed actions. If a report was not executed successfully, error messages or warnings are displayed. In addition, there are hints explaining where the errors occurred and how you can correct them.
HINWEIS
To successfully delete interfaces, you must adjust the following three settings:
- Perform steps 1 to 4 described in this chapter.
- Select the Delete mode option.
- In the CSV file in additional Delete field, enter an X for all interfaces you want to delete.
